These comments were made in the wake of ongoing tension in Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh, arising from violent protests last week concerning ‘I Love Mohammad’ posters. In response to the unrest, internet access was blocked across four districts within the Bareilly division, and significant security forces were mobilized on Thursday. This action was taken to ensure safety during the Dussehra festivities and the upcoming Friday prayers.
