Pakistan Seeks Dialogue with India on Kashmir, But Will Not Beg for Talks

Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar announced the country’s readiness to enter into a composite dialogue with India on all outstanding issues, including the contentious Jammu and Kashmir dispute.
