However, even Lahore’s fixed broadband ranks at 182nd globally. India presents a contrasting picture with significantly faster speeds. India holds the 25th position for mobile internet speed, achieving download speeds of 131.77Mbps and upload speeds of 11.18Mbps, and ranks 98th for fixed broadband, with download speeds of 59.07Mbps and upload speeds of 57.16Mbps. Delhi, the capital of India, exhibits the fastest internet speeds in the country, with 155.93Mbps download and 8.78Mbps upload speeds for mobile internet and 91.73Mbps download and 91.98Mbps upload speeds for fixed broadband.
