    It is difficult to go out during the rainy season. Villagers demanding construction of a culvert over the drain. In case of illness, ambulance does not reach the village.

    Jai Tapadia, Naiduniya News, Bagh, Dhar. Schools and roads are being constructed in every village by the government. The aim is to develop rural areas by connecting them with roads. Also, the children there can be educated by building schools in the villages.

    But, the students of Chorkhodra Faliya of Bagh Block have to cross the drain risking their lives. At the same time, the villagers have to pass through this drain to reach the garden. There is a risk to his life due to this.

    More than 20 families live in Chorkhodra Faliya of Gram Panchayat Village Jamniapura. The villagers living here are facing problems during rainy season for a long time. Due to the primary school being located on the other side of the drain, children have to risk their lives to go to school throughout the monsoon session.

    During this, family members hold hands and make the children cross the drain. This drain is flowing through the middle of the village. In such a situation, even the villagers have to risk their lives while commuting.

    Ambulance does not reach, forced to bring on cot

    Residents of the village including Kantilal Surbhan, Govind Nanaka, Jitendra Deepsingh, Chiman Deepsingh, Jitendra Hiru, Ramesh Ratan Singh told that when someone falls ill, the ambulance is not able to reach the pod. In such a situation, patients have to be put on cots and made to cross the drain.

    The drain passes between the garden and the settlement. In such a situation, there is difficulty in commuting. More than 25 children of Phalia are studying in primary school. When family members leave for work, children are unable to reach school.

    In such situations, children often miss school. If relatives live, then they help or carry the children to school by carrying them on their shoulders. To deal with the problem, the villagers demanded to build a culvert over the drain.

    hand pump is lying open

    Here, to deal with the drinking water problem, tube wells were dug about seven months ago in the colony of Chorkhodra. After this the mouth of the hand pump is open. Last summer, the Public Health Engineering Department had dug a tube well near the house of Jitendra Deepsingh and Kantilal Subhan in Chorkhodra.

    After mining, a stand was made there, but due to lack of handle it is lying unusable. Children keep playing at this place with hand pump, but the department officials are not paying any attention to the open tube well.

    The villagers said that due to non-availability of material, the handle of the hand pump could not be installed. During summer, residents often have to fetch water from long distances.
