Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Sunday agenda began in Kolkata, following his previous visit to Assam. He is scheduled to inaugurate and address the 16th Combined Commanders’ Conference-2025, hosted at Fort William, the Eastern Command headquarters. The Prime Minister will then travel to Purnea, Bihar, to initiate multiple projects worth Rs 36,000 crore, encompassing the inauguration of the National Makhana Board and the opening of a new airport. The BJP is keen on making electoral gains in the Purnea district, making the Prime Minister’s visit a significant event.
