According to the order issued by the police headquarters, only digital payments will be accepted at all police welfare pumps of Madhya Pradesh from today. Customers paying cash (cash) will not get service from the pump and they have to go to other pumps to fill petrol and diesel.

The media report has been informed that the police welfare pump in -charge of Narmadapuram, Subedar Ishan Richaria informed that PHQ Bhopal has issued this order with the aim of encouraging digital payment.

From November 15, only petrol and diesel will be given to customers making digital payments. Special arrangements have been made on the pump for its publicity.

    These people will have trouble

Cash payments at police welfare pumps will have the most impact on illiterate, poor and senior citizens.

Especially those people who get small amounts in their vehicles like 30 rupees, 50 rupees or 100 rupees in cash in cash. Along with this, this system can cause problems for those senior citizens who are unable to pay online due to lack of technical knowledge, due to which they may face trouble.

Petrol and diesel consumption will fall

The discontinuation of cash payment at police welfare pumps is likely to have a direct impact on the sale of petrol and diesel. Currently, about 60% of the customers pay cash.

At the beginning of digital payment, customers may have difficulty, although some customers may gradually move towards online payment, but many customers will shift to other pumps.
