TMC MLA Moinuddin Shams cries after being denied ticket, quits celebration

Sitting Trinamool Congress MLA from Nalhati, Moinuddin Shams, has introduced that he has give up the celebration after he was denied a ticket for the 2021 West Bengal Assembly Elections. In a hysterical video on Facebook, the TMC MLA railed towards the celebration for not awarding him a ticket.
