IAS Transfer Posting | Pooja Singhal Gets Posting | Jharkhand’s famous IAS officer Pooja Singhal has received posting. He has been appointed as Secretary of the Department of Information Technology and E-Governance. He will also have additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of Jharkhand Communication Network Limited. On Tuesday, the Department of Personnel, Administrative Reform and Official Language has issued its notification. The Personnel Department has issued an order for transfer posting of 15 officers of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS). Recently, 6 officers promoted as Indian Administrative Service have also received posting.

Mast Ram Meena, Principal Secretary, Planning and Development Department, has been made Principal Secretary of Drinking Water and Sanitation Department. He will also be in additional charge of the member in charge of the revenue council along with his works till further orders.
Waiting for posting Pooja Singhal has been appointed as Secretary of Information Technology and E-Governance Department. It has also been said that she will also be in charge of the Chief Executive Officer of Jharkhand Communication Network Limited along with her works till further orders.
Transport Department Secretary Kripanand Jha has been transferred to Scheduled Tribes, Scheduled Castes, Minorities and Backward Classes Welfare Department. He has been made Secretary of SC-ST, Backward and OBC Department. He had additional charge of this department. Now he has been made the secretary of the department.
Vipra Bhal, Secretary, Department of Information Technology and E-Governance, has been made Secretary of Transport Department. She will also see the work of Transport Commissioner. Vipra Bhal also had additional charge of Chief Executive Officer of Jharkhand Communication Network Limited. This charge has now been given to Pooja Singhal.
Arva Rajkamal, Secretary, Building Construction Department, has also been transferred. He has been made the secretary of the Department of Mines and Ghosts. He has also been given additional charge of Chairman of Jharkhand State Mineral Development Corporation Limited and Secretary of Industry Department.
Jitendra Kumar Singh, Secretary, Department of Mines and Ghosts, has been transferred to the Department of Labor, Planning, Training and Skill Development.
Mukesh Kumar, Secretary, Labor, Planning, Training and Skills, has been made the Secretary of the Planning and Development Department.
Rajeshwari B, waiting for posting, will now be the Special Secretary of the Finance Department.
Saurabh Kumar Bhuvania, Joint Secretary, Finance Department, has not been transferred, he has been given the additional charge of Managing Director of Jharkhand Investigation and Mining Corporation Limited along with his work.
