Prashant Kishor Outlines Plan to Tackle Corruption in Bihar with Jan Suraaj Initiative

In the lead-up to the Bihar assembly elections, Prashant Kishor, the founder of Jan Suraaj, has outlined his plan to combat corruption. In Kishanganj, Kishor stated that after the implementation of the Jan Suraaj system in November, leaders and officials found to be corrupt will be subjected to action. He mentioned that the ill-gotten gains will be recovered. This statement was made in response to a query about Dilip Jaiswal. Kishor recounted his earlier criticism of Jaiswal, alleging that Jaiswal was in control of a college and that Rajesh Shah faced a murder charge. He then addressed the ‘MY’ equation, arguing that the reality is closer to a ‘YM’ dynamic, where Muslims vote for Yadav candidates due to fear, and vice-versa. He suggested moving beyond caste-based equations and building an alliance based on shared ideology. Kishor emphasized the importance of the ideologies of Gandhi, Baba Saheb, communism, and socialism in creating a new system to challenge the existing political landscape.
