Waves of demonstrations sweep through Iran, prompting a resolute response from the military. Via IRIB, the army affirmed it will defend national interests relentlessly, securing strategic frameworks and communal properties. Citizens are implored to band together, thwarting ‘enemy conspiracies’ amid the unrest.

The forceful statement indicts Israel alongside ‘hostile terrorist organizations’ for sowing discord in cities. These actors, it alleges, seek to harm public welfare and provoke insurgency under false pretenses. Iran finds itself in ‘wartime conditions,’ necessitating heightened public caution and solidarity.

All security apparatuses, led by Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, stand ready to surveil and neutralize threats while fortifying the homeland. Xinhua News Agency relayed these details, highlighting the military’s proactive stance. On the political front, Ali Larijani of the Supreme National Security Council squarely blames Israel.

The Constitutional Council’s voice attributes the shift from serene protests over economic strains to outright anarchy on overseas interference. Hadi Tahan Nazif, in Saturday’s briefing, lamented how outsiders perverted genuine calls for better living into bloody clashes. Baharestan’s governor disclosed arrests of 100 rioters who wielded firearms and edged weapons against innocents and guards.

As accusations fly and detentions rise, the army’s vow paints a picture of encirclement by foes. This narrative positions the leadership as steadfast guardians, aiming to rally support and quash disturbances decisively.
