Elizaveta Krivonogikh, the woman widely believed to be Vladimir Putin’s secret daughter, has made her first public comments on the war in Ukraine, using social media to express her feelings. The 22-year-old, also known as Luiza Rozova, didn’t directly name Putin, but clearly implied he was the person responsible for destroying her life. She also blamed him for the war, stating that it has negatively impacted the lives of many.

Currently residing in Paris and studying fine arts, Luiza has previously maintained a low profile, keeping her personal life private. Her recent cryptic posts expressed a sense of being able to show her face to the world and reiterated who she believes is responsible for her situation.

Luiza was born in St. Petersburg on March 3, 2003. She is believed to be the result of a relationship between Putin and Svetlana Krivonogikh. Information about her parentage came to light in 2020 through investigative reports. Speculation arose that the wealth of her mother grew substantially after Luiza’s birth, possibly due to financial support from Putin.

Before the war, Luiza displayed her affluent lifestyle on social media, traveling frequently. However, her accounts were deactivated shortly before the conflict started. She then moved to Paris, where she graduated from the ICART School of Cultural and Art Management in June 2024. Luiza has expressed her sadness about not being able to return to St. Petersburg or visit her favorite places.

Luiza is reportedly employed at two art galleries in Paris, L’Gallery and Espace Albatros, which host anti-war exhibitions. Her role involves assisting with show organization and video production. However, her attempt to enter Parisian dissident circles has been met with resistance.

Artist Nastya Rodionova, who fled Russia in 2022, recently stated that she severed ties with the galleries connected to Luiza. Rodionova said that while children are not responsible for their parents’ actions, it’s wrong to be associated with anyone connected to Putin, given the war. Luiza has defended herself, asking if she should be held responsible for her family’s actions.

Gallery manager Dmitry Dolinsky defended Luiza, acknowledging the physical similarities to Putin. He added that she is a good employee. In 2023, Luiza’s mother, Svetlana, was sanctioned by the UK. Russian media has also mentioned her as being among Putin’s close associates.
