At an election rally in Aurangabad, Bihar, Rahul Gandhi sharply criticized Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, stating that his decisions are dictated by those in New Delhi. Gandhi’s remarks focused on the alleged devastation of employment prospects for Bihar’s youth under the current NDA government, claiming they are being reduced to laborers. He also decried the frequent question paper leaks, asserting that they primarily benefit affluent students. Gandhi posited that Prime Minister Modi’s administration is actively encouraging social media usage, particularly the creation of short videos, to divert the youth’s attention from critical national concerns such as education, health, and employment. This alleged distraction, he argued, is intended to shield the government from scrutiny. The Congress leader further accused Prime Minister Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah of intending to commit ‘vote chori’ (vote theft) in Bihar, anticipating an NDA loss. Gandhi pledged that an INDIA bloc government would represent and uplift extremely backward, socially marginalized, and Dalit communities. He expressed strong faith in the awareness of Bihar’s citizens to safeguard their democratic rights against any electoral manipulation.
