There has been a leakage in the overhead tank located in Moti Bagh of the capital Raipur, due to which lakhs of liters of water has flowed out and water has accumulated in front of the office of Zone 4 located below the tank, the smart reading zone ‘Takshila’ and the Press Club located next to it. Children who had come to study in ‘Takshila’ got stuck in the reading zone due to water filling on the road, they are being taken out through the Press Club.
