When the girl screamed, people nearby rushed to her rescue. After this, people present in the hospital beat up the young man and handed him over to the police. The police have registered a case and taken the accused into custody.
According to the information received from the police, a 10-year-old minor had come to the hospital with a patient admitted in the hospital. At around 2 o’clock in the night, she went to the toilet to defecate. At that time, a young man reached there and started harassing her by doing obscene acts with her. When the girl started shouting, the accused ran away from the spot and hid in the hospital itself. On the other hand, on hearing the girl’s voice, the people present in the hospital gathered and started searching for the accused youth. He was hiding at a place in the hospital premises. People caught him and took him out and beat him up badly. Also, the rural police station was informed. The policemen who reached the spot took the accused into custody and brought him to the police station. The rural police station has registered an FIR against the accused.
