Dr. Suman Kumar, a representative of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh and the organizer minister for the North-East and Eastern regions of the Hindu Jagran Manch, delivered a keynote address, calling for the Hindu society to be awakened, organized, active, and secure.
