Thieves targeted a mobile shop in Ranchi, Jharkhand, making off with 28 iPhones in a heist. The incident took place on Harmu Road, under the jurisdiction of the Kotwali police station. The stolen phones, which included the latest iPhone models, are estimated to be worth around 30 lakh rupees. The thieves reportedly surveyed the shop before carrying out the robbery.

Shop owner Rahul Kumar Shukla reported that he closed his mobile shop on Thursday night. The thieves gained entry by cutting the shop’s shutter. Once inside, they stole phones and accessories valued at approximately 30 lakh rupees. Six individuals were involved in the theft. Shukla has filed an FIR at the Kotwali police station.

On Friday, the shop owner found that the shop’s shutter was cut, and the lock was broken. He discovered that 28 mobile phones, including iPhones, were missing from the counter. The stolen phones are valued at approximately 30 lakh rupees.

The shop owner has filed a complaint with the Kotwali police station, and the police have launched an investigation. They are reviewing CCTV footage and utilizing other technical methods to identify and apprehend the suspects involved in the theft of the mobile phones worth 30 lakhs.

This incident is not an isolated case. Prior to this, the Jay Hind jewelers shop, located at Block Chowk in the Ormanjhi police station area, was robbed by four criminals who stole approximately 12 lakh rupees worth of jewelry under the pretense of purchasing gold rings.
