The agenda includes addressing sexual crimes, enhancing banking services, and fortifying sectors like education and health. Jharkhand is anticipated to raise the matter of ₹1.36 lakh crore in outstanding dues from public sector enterprises such as Coal India. Extensive security measures are in place in Ranchi, including traffic restrictions impacting auto-rickshaws. The meeting was originally planned for May but was delayed due to the India-Pakistan tensions.
