Authority letters are to be issued by the Election Commission of India to media representatives for the by-election in the 45-Ghatshila (ST) Assembly Constituency.
Therefore, it is requested that all media personnel at the headquarters level send the list of media personnel in the format provided by your organization for issuing authority letters for voting and counting in the Ghatshila by-election by 3 PM on October 24, 2025, to [email protected].
Note:
1- Only one name from the print media and only two names from the electronic media will be considered for counting. Please consider this as highly important.
2- Please send names and photos in Word file, not in PDF.
3- Kindly send the applications within the given deadline so that the authority letters can be processed on time.
