    Proposals for investment of Rs 19 thousand crore received in the Regional Industrial Conclave. Madhya Bharat Agro Company will invest Rs 500 crore in Banda. A big proposal has been received to set up a data center in Surkhi, Sagar.

    Navdunia Representative, Sagar. (Regional Industry Conclave) Better results are beginning to be seen from the Regional Industry Conclave going on in Sagar on Friday. The government has received investment proposals worth Rs 19 thousand crore in the conclave which lasted till 3 pm. Bansal Group talked about investing Rs 1350 crore to set up four super specialty hospitals, a 5-star hotel and a solar plant.

    Madhya Bharat Agro Company will invest Rs 500 crore in Banda. Whereas Gitanjali Group talked about setting up an integrated steel plant worth Rs 3200 crore in Niwari. Earlier in the conclave, CM Dr. Mohan Yadav said that a big proposal has been received to set up a data center in Surkhi, Sagar.

    After Sagar, Regional Investors Conclave will be organized in Rewa, Narmadapuram and Shahdol respectively. After this, the Collector has been ordered to hold conclave at the district level also and bring good results. There is a plan in the conclave to make Orchha-Khajuraho the hub of destination wedding and hotel industry.

    There is also a focus on reviving Sagar’s old beedi and agarbatti industry. There are preparations to transport Chhatarpur’s furniture, Damoh’s gram, Tikamgarh’s ginger and Sagar’s tomatoes to the country and the world. There has been a proposal to convert Sagar’s Dhana airstrip into an airport.

    Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that the target is to double the state economy in the coming five years. We will try to complete this in three years. Like the division, now Regional Investors Summit will be organized at the district level also, so that more and more people can get employment.

    Youth got employment in the field of tourism

    Ilaiya Raja T, Managing Director of Madhya Pradesh Tourism Corporation Development Corporation, gave details of the work being done in the field of tourism. He said that youth are also getting employment in the field of tourism. Principal Secretary of Aviation Department, Sanjay Kumar Shukla said that a proposal has been received to develop Dhana Air Strip near Sagar as an airport, after the approval of which steps will be taken. Managing Director of Handicrafts Development Corporation, Mohit Bundas, said that there are vast possibilities in the cottage industry sector in Madhya Pradesh which will be exploited.

    Gitanjali Group will set up a steel plant worth Rs 3200 crore

    JP Aggarwal of Gitanjali Group said that we are setting up an integrated steel plant worth Rs 3200 crore in Niwari. Investment in Bundelkhand will provide employment to more than 10 thousand people. In the coming time, Gitanjali Group will also invest in the medical sector.

    Madhya Bharat Agro Company will invest Rs 500 crore near Banda in Sagar. The company operates its Saurai factory in Banda. This company works in making fertilizer.
