Rishabh Pant, the Indian cricket team’s wicketkeeper-batsman, is currently sidelined due to an injury. Despite being away from the field, his earnings have remained substantial. Known for his explosive batting style, Rishabh Pant became the most expensive player in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 auction. Even though his performance did not fully reflect his potential, he has made a significant mark in this prominent league. The 28-year-old cricketer has achieved a financial milestone, and he has also become a team owner.

Rishabh Pant has emerged as one of India’s wealthiest and highest-earning cricketers. According to various reports, his estimated net worth for the year 2025 is approximately 100 crore rupees (around 12 million US dollars). This wealth is accumulated through IPL contracts, salaries from the BCCI, and lucrative endorsement deals.

Even while he is recovering from his injury, Pant, who is known for his daring strokes and excellent wicket-keeping skills, remains a crucial part of Indian cricket. The IPL 2025 was a notable achievement for him.

During the IPL 2025 auction, Rishabh Pant was in the spotlight as the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) acquired him for 27 crore rupees. This made him the most expensive player in the league. Additionally, he earned 7.5 lakh rupees per match through the IPL engagement bonus system. He also receives a considerable salary from the BCCI.

    Pant’s income streams include:

    * IPL Salary: 27 crore rupees
    * BCCI Contract: 5 crore rupees
    * Brand Endorsements: 10-15 crore rupees
    * Real Estate and Investments: 10 crore rupees

Match fees are distributed as follows:

    * Test Match: 15 lakh rupees per match
    * One Day International (ODI) Match: 6 lakh rupees per match
    * Twenty20 International (T20I) Match: 3 lakh rupees per match

Pant’s residence in Delhi is valued at approximately 2 crore rupees. He has additional properties in Haridwar, Dehradun, and Roorkee. His car collection includes an Audi A8 (around 1.32 crore rupees), a Ford Mustang (around 2 crore rupees), and a Mercedes-Benz GLE (around 2 crore rupees). Moreover, Pant is also an owner of a sports team.

This year, Rishabh Pant invested in a team within the World Pickleball League (WPBL). He partnered with the online food delivery company Swiggy to own the Mumbai Pickle Power team, a participant in the World Pickleball League. Pickleball combines the rules of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, played on a court.
