The Greater Noida Authority is on a mission to eliminate road risks, launching a city-wide drive that saw officials rigorously checking bridges over drains, small culverts, and edge drains Tuesday. The goal? Slash accidents through reinforced safety protocols.

In sectors Gamma-1 and P-3, ACEOs Sunil Kumar Singh and Prerna Singh demanded stronger railings where vulnerabilities were evident. They pushed for expanded use of reflectors, cat’s eyes, and similar tools, critical for safe navigation in dim light or fog.

CEO NG Ravi Kumar’s brainchild, active since Monday, mobilizes teams to hunt black spots. Safety-first roads are the mantra, with strict oversight to prevent oversights.

Diversifying the check, Pai-1’s builder project drew flak for lax measures—extra barricading and site fortifications were commanded. Swarn Nagri’s crumbling drain slabs face prompt replacement to protect all road users.

P-1’s bustling City Centre and Shagun Mart got equal attention, spawning targeted fixes. Accompanying were managers Manoj Sachan, Ratik, and Sandhya Singh. GM AK Singh’s eight project circles have pinpointed 48 hotspots, actioned 36, and counting.

Singh’s hands-on inspections in DSC Road, Surajpur, and Central Vihar yielded 12 fresh sites now buzzing with slab work, curbs, backfilling, railing upgrades, and optical aids. Residents, your eyes matter—report risks via work circle contacts for rapid intervention.

As this campaign gains steam, Greater Noida edges closer to impeccable road safety, proving commitment through action and collaboration.
