Rahul Parmar, Dewas. Police has exposed the robbery of a Namkeen trader in Harangaon police station area of Dewas district of Madhya Pradesh. The mastermind of the robbery turned out to be the driver himself. Additional Superintendent of Police, Dewas Rural, Akash Bhuria, revealed this robbery incident in a press conference. In which police has arrested 7 criminals residing in Indore and its surrounding areas.

Recently a businessman from Durga Food Product Company was robbed. In which the police had been sidelined. But the police has achieved a big success by solving this incident within a short time. Jitendra, the driver of the Eicher vehicle selling namkeen, had planned the robbery. First, before the incident, Jitendra Chaudhary’s companions did a recce of the route of the namkeen vehicle, then by threatening to cause an accident on a deserted road, the taxi car was stopped in front of the Eicher vehicle carrying namkeen and the robbery was carried out. After the incident, the police registered a case, investigated the matter and arrested 7 accused. A sum of five lakhs has been recovered.
It is worth mentioning that during the search for the arrest of the accused, the police scanned about 818 CCTV footages and revealed the incident with the help of technical means. Actually, the complainant Rajat Sharma had told that he was coming towards Kusmania via Harangaon while collecting money after supplying to Durga Foods’ sev shops from Nasrullaganj area. Meanwhile, 5 masked miscreants came in a car between village Omkara and Satal and overtook his mini truck and stopped the vehicle. The miscreants started saying that you have cut us off and started beating the driver, helper and me sitting in the vehicle. They ran away towards Kusmania with a bag full of about 8 lakh rupees kept in the vehicle and our bag of clothes. We informed the police about this.
