Royal Enfield has announced that it will be fully implementing the benefits of the recent Goods and Services Tax (GST) rate reductions for its customers. This adjustment will be applied across its motorcycle range, as well as to services, clothing, and accessories. This decision comes in response to the new reforms by the GST Council and is designed to make Royal Enfield’s popular motorcycles, especially those in the 350cc category, more affordable for Indian riders.

The 350cc models have been a mainstay for Royal Enfield. The company expects these new prices to further stimulate the growth of this segment. The price adjustments will take effect in all Indian showrooms beginning on September 22, 2025. Moreover, models above 350cc will also see price revisions in accordance with the new GST rates, with potential reductions reaching up to approximately ₹22,000. A detailed price list, specific to each model, is slated for release soon.

    **Potential Price Reductions**

    | Model | Estimated Benefit |
    | —————- | ————— |
    | Hunter 350 | ₹14,990 |
    | Classic 350 | ₹20,000 |
    | Meteor 350 | ₹20,000 |
    | Bullet 350 | ₹17,000 |
    | Goan Classic 350 | ₹22,000 |

    B. Govindarajan, the Managing Director and CEO of Eicher Motors Limited and Royal Enfield, pointed out that first-time motorcycle buyers will be the primary beneficiaries of the GST revisions. He highlighted that the Indian government’s GST reforms will make motorcycles up to 350cc more financially accessible. Royal Enfield is committed to passing on the entire GST savings directly to its customers, opening opportunities for new riders to become part of the Royal Enfield community.

This initiative is timed to coincide with the accelerating expansion of the Indian two-wheeler market, especially within the mid-size motorcycle segment. By lowering prices on motorcycles, services, apparel, and accessories, Royal Enfield aims to augment the overall accessibility of its ecosystem. This new pricing strategy seeks to attract new customers while reinforcing the loyalty of current riders and enthusiasts who view Royal Enfield as an emblem of authentic motorcycling.

While the 350cc models constitute a central part of Royal Enfield’s offerings, the company’s product range extends beyond this. This encompasses models like the Scram 440, Guerrilla 450, and Himalayan 450, as well as the 650cc series, including the Interceptor, Continental GT, Classic, Shotgun, Super Meteor, and Interceptor Bear, which will see price increases. All these motorcycles are subject to the GST changes, resulting in price adjustments.
