Royal Enfield has launched the Shadow Ash edition for the Guerrilla 450, a move mirroring the trend of dark-themed vehicle releases by other manufacturers. The new colorway was presented at the GRRR Nights X Underground event held in Pune. The Guerrilla, known for its sporty, neo-retro streetfighter design, now offers this new aesthetic option. Positioned as a mid-spec variant, the Shadow Ash trim is available at ₹2.49 lakh, matching the price of the standard color options. Bookings have already begun, with deliveries slated for August 25th across India. The design features a dual-tone fuel tank with black at the front and olive green extending across the rest of the body, along with a black front mudguard and olive-green bodywork. The alloy wheels also feature the color accents. Mechanically, the Guerrilla 450 remains unchanged, powered by the Sherpa 450 engine, a single-cylinder liquid-cooled unit that delivers 40 bhp and 40 Nm of torque. It comes equipped with an electronic throttle, slipper clutch, and a 6-speed gearbox, 17-inch alloy wheels, dual-channel ABS, telescopic front forks, and a rear monoshock.

The article also provides a comprehensive comparison table, comparing the Guerrilla 450 with key rivals such as the Bajaj Pulsar NS 400, Husqvarna 401, KTM Duke 390, and TVS Apache RTR 310. The comparison includes specifications such as engine details, performance data, suspension configurations, chassis types, weight, and pricing, allowing for a direct comparison of the bikes.
