Royal Enfield is currently testing its electric motorcycle prototypes in Ladakh, with images emerging of the Flying Flea alongside the Himalayan E. The testing is aimed at assessing the battery performance in cold climates.

The C6 and F6 test mules, previously displayed at EICMA, are being tested in India for the first time. The C6 mirrors the design of the original Flying Flea, while the F6 adopts a scrambler style, featuring high handlebars, an offset instrument cluster, and a high fender. Both models are built upon the L Platform and use off-road tires with spoke wheels. They are designed to be lightweight and compact, catering to urban riders.

Royal Enfield has not released details about battery specifications, but the company promises engaging performance and premium build quality. The Flying Flea is expected to launch in early 2026, possibly preceded by the C6. These premium motorcycles are primarily intended for international markets, but will also be available in India. Pricing is projected to be in line with the 450CC and 650CC models.
