Russia ‘Ready for War’ as Putin Blasts Europe Over Ukraine Talks

In a direct challenge to European leaders, Russian President Vladimir Putin declared Russia is ‘ready’ for war and accused them of actively hindering peace negotiations concerning Ukraine.
