Russian President Vladimir Putin has delivered an ultimatum, stating that no foreign soldiers will be tolerated in Ukraine prior to a peace agreement. Speaking at the Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok, Putin made it clear that any such presence would be met with military action, as those soldiers would be considered legitimate targets. This statement comes amid discussions about sending peacekeeping forces to Ukraine among European leaders. Putin also addressed the conditions for any potential agreement, emphasizing the need for both sides to have security guarantees. Meanwhile, the conflict continues with both sides carrying out attacks. Recent reports indicate that Russia launched a barrage of drones and missiles at Ukraine, while Ukraine’s air force claims to have intercepted many. In a separate development, a Russian oil refinery near Moscow was reportedly attacked.
