According to the information, a joint force of DRG, Bastar Fighter (BFR) and Young Platoon (CRPF YP) of CRPF 231 had gone on a Naxal patrol search operation in the border area of Naxal affected Dantewada and Sukma districts. During this time he had received information about the presence of Naxalites. Then the soldiers who were out on search in the hilly forest between Gondpalli, Parlagatta and Badepalli came face to face with the Naxalites. During the encounter, security forces killed Chandranna alias Satyam. Whose body has been recovered. According to information, Satyam was a DVC member (DVCM) of Maad Division before 2013 and was active in Jagargunda Area Committee of South Bastar Division for the last few years.
Narayanpur police arrested 3 Naxalites
In Narayanpur, the police team has arrested 3 Naxalites during an encounter in the forest of Bedmameta in Abujhmad. Police have recovered 3 loaded guns, detonators, batteries and items of daily use from these Naxalites. The three naxalites caught were active in the Kutul Area Committee. Kohkameta police station is interrogating the Naxalites in the case.
