Medininagar witnessed a profound act of social service as hundreds of underprivileged individuals in Didiya village (Ward No. 3) received much-needed blankets amidst severe cold. This initiative was a collaborative effort by the ‘New Culture Society’ and ‘Sanskar,’ bringing warmth and comfort to the community.

Speaking as the chief guest, Ashish Bhardwaj, a prominent youth figure, shared his thoughts on the importance of service. He mentioned that this charitable work has been ongoing for five years, with the organizations actively distributing blankets across Medininagar daily during the winter months. Bhardwaj detailed their commitment, including late-night excursions to provide aid to homeless individuals on the streets.

Bhardwaj emphasized that philanthropy is the true calling of humanity, a lasting legacy that cannot be taken away. He urged collective responsibility in looking after oneself and one’s neighbors during the harsh weather, viewing the city as a larger home filled with family. He expressed immense love for Medininagar and its people, finding life’s greatest reward in contributing positively to their well-being. He firmly stated that serving the people is the highest form of national service and expressed his honor in supporting the positive endeavors of ‘Sanskar’ and ‘New Culture Society.’

Vinod Agrawal, a special guest, lauded the organizations for their effective work in reaching the vulnerable and called for increased community participation in such welfare activities.

Representatives from the organizing groups outlined their objectives. Vishal Kumar, President of ‘New Culture Society,’ reiterated their commitment to serving the disadvantaged, aiming to prevent hardship during winter. He confirmed that the initiative would expand to other areas. Subhadra Dwivedi, Secretary of ‘Sanskar,’ stressed the spiritual merit of their work, viewing the assistance provided to the elderly and needy as a form of worship, and pledged to continue their mission of positive social change.

The event was graced by the presence of Shubham Harlarka, Gaya Dat Pandey, and Manish Singh. The seamless organization was a testament to the collective efforts of the organizing teams.
