Under the banner of the Vigilance Awareness Campaign-2025, Central Coalfields Limited (CCL) organized a dedicated workshop in its Rajarappa region, focusing on the vital theme of ‘Vigilance: Our Collective Responsibility.’ The event aimed to foster a culture of integrity and ethical vigilance.

Pankaj Kumar, the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) for CCL, presided as the chief guest, delivering an insightful address. He emphasized the paramount importance of integrity and transparency in all facets of public life and corporate functions. Kumar clearly stated that vigilance is a shared responsibility, a duty incumbent upon every employee, not just a select few. The workshop provided a platform for officials from various divisions to interact directly with the CVO, who shared expert guidance and practical suggestions pertaining to the company’s policies and operational procedures. This proactive measure is instrumental in bolstering the commitment to honesty, accountability, and transparent dealings across CCL.
