    In a thrilling encounter at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, South Delhi Superstarz defeated Outer Delhi Warriors in the DPL 2025. The match, shortened to 16 overs due to rain, saw Tejasvi Dahiya star with an unbeaten 70 off 30 balls, securing a three-wicket victory for his team.

    Chasing 140, the Superstarz faced early setbacks, losing key wickets. The top order struggled, and the team was in a difficult position, needing to score quickly. Dahiya, batting at number 5, took charge, smashing six sixes and four boundaries. He shifted the game in his team’s favor. With victory within reach, he hit two consecutive sixes in the final over to seal the win. Sumit Kumar Beniwal contributed a quick 19 runs, aiding the chase.

    Outer Delhi Warriors saw Suyash Sharma and Anshuman Hooda take two wickets each, while Harsh Tyagi impressed with his bowling. The Warriors’ innings featured contributions from Sanat Sangwan, Dhruv Singh, and Shivam Sharma, which brought their total to 139/8. The Superstarz’s bowlers, including Aman Bharti and Sumit Kumar Beniwal, successfully kept the Warriors’ scoring rate in check, taking crucial wickets.
