Bilaspur. Chhattisgarh is going to get four more courts. On the recommendation of Bilaspur High Court, the state government has given permission to open four NDPS courts in the state. NDPS courts will open in 4 districts including South Bastar.
According to the notification issued, the state government has approved NDPS courts in 4 districts including South Bastar. The High Court had recommended opening of NDPS court regarding this. The state government has issued a notification on the recommendation. These courts will open in South Bastar, Raigarh, Dhamtari and Surajpur, where NDPS cases will be heard in the special court.
