Amit Mishra, a leg-spinner known for his mastery of spin, has retired from cricket. The announcement of his retirement was made on September 4th. Mishra hadn’t been part of the Indian team or the IPL for a considerable period and was also not participating in domestic cricket. Mishra played 22 Tests, 36 ODIs, and 10 T20 Internationals for India. Mishra displayed his talent in domestic cricket and the IPL. Mishra didn’t get many international matches due to the presence of Harbhajan Singh and Anil Kumble. He also holds the record for 3 hat-tricks in IPL.
