Warner returned to bat on Day 3 but was quickly dismissed by Nortje. Green has also come out to bat, while Australia coach Andrew McDonald said he expects Starc to play a role with both bat and ball. However, McDonald admitted that the pacer’s involvement could be limited.
“He’ll play a job with each bat and ball all through the course of the sport,” McDonald told SEN on Wednesday morning.
“He’ll be restricted. His capabilities will most likely not be as full as he would love. But he’ll be capable to do a job for us, in order that’s a constructive signal this morning.
