The historical over occurred during the fourth over of Zimbabwe’s innings. Bennett faced Kenyan bowler Lucas Oluoch and went on to hit six consecutive boundaries, making T20I history. Aside from the remarkable record, Bennett contributed 51 runs from 25 balls, maintaining a strike rate above 204. His innings was composed of eight fours and two sixes. In the match, Kenya batted first and scored 122 runs, losing 6 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
