Born on October 25, 1999, in Khekra, Uttar Pradesh, Yadav originally aspired to play cricket as a fast bowler, later shifting to javelin at 19 years old. His height of 6 feet 5 inches contributes to his success. He is inspired by cricketers Jasprit Bumrah and MS Dhoni. He earned a silver medal at the Asian Championships and a gold medal at the 38th National Games in Dehradun with a record throw of 84.39m. He also competed in the Neeraj Chopra Classic, finishing fourth with a throw of 82.33m. After the competition, Neeraj Chopra, who placed eighth, acknowledged Yadav’s performance, expressing his happiness and confidence in the future of Indian javelin.
