Jaffer thanked the Punjab franchise and wished their head coach Anil Kumble good luck for the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League. Jaffer performed 31 Tests for India and scored 1944 runs with the very best rating of 212.Earlier, KL Rahul, who has been Punjab Kings’ captain for the previous two seasons, and Andy Flower, the assistant coach of the Punjab Kings, selected to not proceed with the staff. Punjab have retained solely two gamers – Mayank Agarwal and Arshdeep Singh – forward of the mega public sale in January.
