South Africa, batting on a winning toss, tallied 159/6. Annerie Dercksen’s fiery 55 (8×4, 1×6 off 32) stood out, with Sune Luus’s 30 offering support. Yet, regular strikes prevented a bigger total.
Jess Kerr dominated with 3/16, her spells dismantling the top and middle order. Amelia Kerr and Sophie Devine picked up one wicket each, maintaining pressure throughout.
