By India Today Web Desk: Liverpool supervisor Jurgen Klopp has stated that Leicester City’s Wout Faes was unfortunate to attain two personal objectives throughout their match within the Premier League. The Dutch defender netted two personal objectives as Liverpool beat Leicester City 2-1 at Anfield.

Speaking after the sport, Klopp stated that he actually feels for Faes, calling the 2 personal objectives completely unfortunate.

“I had that once in my career, that a player scored two (own) goals. I really feel for him. Honestly, because it was absolutely unlucky, the first is, how can it be more unlucky? And the second one, if you ever played football and you go full speed in that situation, direction, (towards) goal, you would expect the ball goes in,” stated Klopp.

The former Borussia Dortmund coach stated he feels sympathy for the Leicester City defender however is certain that he’ll get by it with the assistance of his supervisor Brendan Rodgers.

“These things happen. Yes, of course I feel sympathy. Yes, there’s absolutely space for that. But, whatever I say now will not change it so. But, the boy will get through this obviously. And Brendan (Rodgers, Leicester City manager) will help him with that so everything will be fine.” Klopp added.
