SAI to close down coaching centres amid rise in Covid-19 instances

The Sports Authority of India (SAI) on Monday mentioned it has determined to shut its 67 coaching centres throughout the nation on account of rising Covid-19 instances.
“In view of rising cases of Covid-19, the Sports Authority of India has decided to close the 67 SAI Training centres across the country,” the SAI mentioned in an announcement.
“The decision also comes in the wake of directives issued by various states to suspend sporting activities for the safety of athletes,” it added.

The centres can be reopened after a assessment of the scenario sooner or later of time.
