Pakistani fast-bowler Wahab Riaz has lashed out at former Pakistan Cricket Board chief Ramiz Raza, saying if he’s feeling dangerous now, I too felt equally dangerous on the time he snubbed me.

By India Today Web Desk: Pakistani fast-bowler Wahab Riaz has lashed out at former Pakistan Cricket Board chief Ramiz Raza, saying if he’s feeling dangerous now, I too felt equally dangerous on the time he snubbed me.
Referring to the time when Raza ignored Riaz’s calls and messages, the pacer stated he known as Raza 4 occasions and even texted him twice or thrice.
“Ramiz Raja, after being sacked as the PCB chairman, said that being a former cricketer, he should not have been treated this way. That is why I made those comments. The thing was that I had called him around four times, and texted him twice or thrice,” stated Riaz.
The 37-year-old stated if Raza is feeling dangerous now, he too felt equally dangerous when he didn’t reply to Riaz’s calls and messages.
“He didn’t pick up any of my calls, nor did he reply to my messages. I just wanted to make it clear that if he is feeling bad now, I too felt equally bad at the time. He could have at least replied,” Riaz added.
He went on to say that no matter occurred to Raza was due to the federal government and he had no say in his removing from the publish of the PCB chief.
“Whatever happened to Ramiz Raja was because of the government. We had no say in his removal. But if he is talking about respect, it should be the same for everyone. It doesn’t matter if it’s a small cricketer, a big cricketer, or an ex-cricketer. Everyone should be treated well,” stated Riaz.
Earlier, Riaz has stated that he confronted a whole lot of difficulties with the board when Raza was the PCB chief.
“We had a whole lot of difficulties with the earlier board. We have been informed issues like, you haven’t any concept how tough it’s to regulate you, no person would maintain you in a crew,” Wahab was quoted as saying to Samaa News.
