Karnataka took on Punjab within the first cricket match performed on the revamped Motera Stadium in Ahmedabad. Both the edges took half within the 1st quarterfinal of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, the nationwide home T20 event.
The official social media profile of BCCI devoted to home cricket within the nation posted a minute-long video Karnataka met Punjab.

The Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is the primary cricket event to happen in India after the COVID-19 pandemic.
