The Congress has alleged that Sebi chief Madhabi Puri Buch held equity stakes in Predible Health Pvt Ltd. “The government granted ₹1.85 crore to Predible Health Pvt Ltd under the Startup India Initiative. Interestingly this is the same company where Sebi chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch held equity stake. This isn’t mere coincidence; it’s a clear case of institutional capture and misuse. of taxpayer money,” said Congress spokesperson Pawan Khera. He didn’t elaborate further on the charge.
This charge was made as part of a Congress vlog in which Khera presented various aspects of allegations against the SEBI.
