The Women and Child Development Department has modified the timing of operation of Anganwadis retaining in thoughts the impact of rising warmth on the well being of youngsters within the state. Now the operation of Anganwadis might be from 7 am to 11 am. The operation of Anganwadi facilities has been diminished from 6 hours to 4 hours in the course of the summer season interval i.e. from 1st April to thirtieth June. Anganwadi facilities might be operated from July 01 once more from 9.30 am to three.30 pm for six hours. In this regard, orders have been issued by the Ministry of Women and Child Development to all of the departmental district officers.
