Rural and urban primary health centers, community health centers, and district hospitals will receive new medical officers and specialist doctors.
Raipur, January 16, 2025. On the instructions of Chief Minister Shri Vishnudev Sai, specialist doctors and medical officers have been appointed on contract positions under the National Health Mission to strengthen healthcare services in the state and ensure the availability of adequate human resources for healthcare delivery.
Health Minister Shri Shyam Bihari Jaiswal stated that 3 medical officers have been appointed in government hospitals in Raipur division, 6 in Bilaspur division, 2 in Surguja division, 1 in Bastar division, and 3 in Durg division. The National Health Mission, Chhattisgarh, issued the posting orders for these new contract medical officers today. These doctors have been posted to various rural and urban primary health centers, community health centers, and district hospitals in their respective districts. The posting of new contract medical officers will expedite treatment and boost medical facilities.
The issued order for specialist doctors (contract) includes the posting of Dr. P. Sudhakar, Dr. Rahul Manikrao Rathore, Dr. Samiranandan Reddy C., and Dr. V. Amarinder to Bijapur District Hospital and Dr. Samir Rajak to Khairagarh-Chhuikhadan-Gandai District Hospital.
The issued order for medical officers (contract) for Raipur division includes Dr. Dinesh Pradhan, Dr. Sakshi Nayak, Dr. Jasmine Chawda; for Bilaspur division, Dr. Virendra Kumar Sarva, Dr. Vishal Kumar Kesar, Dr. Upasana Sahu, Dr. Jinnat Sheikh, Dr. Nishi Nirmal, Dr. Saurabh Vishwas; for Surguja division, Dr. Aastha Jaiswal, Dr. Preeti Kushwaha; for Durg division, Dr. Akash Sahu, Dr. Samikhya Dakalia, Dr. Swati Mishra; and for Bastar division, Dr. M. Ramakrishna Madarapu have been posted to various districts.
