Bilaspur is identified as Raut Nach Mahotsav – Shri Bhupesh Baghel: attended 43rd Raut Nach Mahotsav

Raut Nach and Kakshon Sohai is held in different places throughout the state, but it is celebrated as a festival by organizing it grandly in Bilaspur. Raut Nach Mahotsav of Bilaspur is known for its specialty not only in the state but also outside the state. This festival is the identity of Bilaspur. Chief Minister Mr. Bhupesh Baghel said this while inaugurating the 43rd Raut Nach Mahotsav in Bilaspur today. 

    Shri Bhupesh Baghel said that the Raut Nacha Utsav in Bilaspur started as a market with Chhotte, but former Minister Late Shri. With the efforts of Shri BRYadav and Shri Kalicharan Yadav, this festival has reached its 43rd year. He said that cow rearing has been practiced since the time of Lord Krishna. The importance of cow is also found in religious mythology, but at present, the plight of cows is happening in the country as well as the condition of shepherds is also deteriorating. To curb their plight, the Chhattisgarh government has made a system of gothan and shepherd. Feed, water, in Gothan Along with the shepherd’s system, buying of cow dung was also started in Chhattisgarh. Today the government is buying cow dung for 2 rupees and rice for one rupee forts is being given to the poor. Today shepherds are earning thousands by selling cow dung available in Gothan. It has become their source of income. Women are also getting employment by making vermi compost from cow dung. To prevent the ill effects of chemical fertilizer, the use of vermi compost will move towards organic farming and away from disease. Chhattisgarh Government is working with this thinking. 

    The Chief Minister said that this 43rd year of Raut Nach Mahotsav will continue in this way, every possible help will be provided for this. He announced to give Rs 5-5 thousand to each dancer team participating in the festival and to build an animal dispensary. Presiding over the program, Public Works Minister and in-charge of the district Mr. Tamradhwaj Sahu said in his address that the Chhattisgarh government is doing the work of advancing the culture, costumes, food, customs and customs of Chhattisgarh. The aroma of traditional dishes of Chhattisgarh is smelling as far as the capital of the country. 

    Urban Administration Minister Dr. Shiv Dahria, the special guest of the program, said that the work of reviving folk art, culture and tradition in Chhattisgarh is being done by the Government of Chhattisgarh. Parliamentary Secretary and Takhatpur MLA Smt. Rashmi Singh, Bilaspur MLA Mr. Shailesh Pandey, Chairman of Apex Bank Mr. Baijnath Chandrakar, Municipal Corporation Mayor Ramsharan Yadav, Bhilai Mayor and MLA Shri Devendra Yadav, Atal Shrivastava addressed. The welcome address was given by Shri Krishna Kumar Yadav on this occasion. A vote of thanks was given by Dr. Sri Kalicharan Yadav, Chairman of Raut Nacha Festival Organizing Committee.
