Community forest resource rights letter will not be released in disputed forest cell number

Collector Shri Jai Prakash Maurya took a meeting today in view of the ongoing dispute between the three panchayats of forest land between Dugali and Kauhabahara, gram panchayat of the city. In view of the law and order situation due to the ongoing dispute on both sides, it was decided in the meeting that no panchayat should be given community forest resource rights for the disputed forest cell number. But in the said room, traditionally forest resources can be used by the villagers of both the panchayats and neither side can stop the other from using the forest resources. The Collector has clearly stated that no new encroachments should be in the disputed room now, but if the old encroachers want to claim the possession of the said land by 2005, they can present the evidence before the sub-division level committee, so that they It may be considered to give a personal forest charter.
In the meeting convened in the District Hall of the Panchayat from 11 am, the residents of Kauhabahara demanded Gowthan for cattle. On this, the Collector directed the Forest Officer, Mr. Amitabh Bajpai that since the disputed forest cell will remain inside the forest department and the forest department will make a micro management plan, under this, Gauthan should be made in Kaubahara from the recurring grazing scheme. Along with this, in view of the dispute in the pasture located in Dugali, it was decided not to put any kind of fodder there. Apart from this, a decision was also taken in the meeting to operate the Dugali Panchayat Bhawan located in Kauhabahara at Rajiv Gandhi Seva Kendra in Dugali from there.
The Collector directed the CEO Janpad Nagri present in the meeting that a new panchayat building for Dugali should be approved. The Collector insisted the villagers of both panchayats resolve the dispute with Bhai Chara. He also said that all the villagers of the area should work together in the forest processing center run by the forest department in Dugali. Superintendent of Police Mr. B.P. On the occasion, Rajbhanu explained to the sarpanch, villagers and seniors of both sides that they should live together and discuss among themselves to resolve disputes in future. If both sides fight, then individual FIRs will be registered and punitive action will be taken. On this occasion, subdivisional officer revenue city, SDO forest, SDOP, station in-charge and members of the forest management committee of both sides were also present.
