Dedication of more than 100 acres of land

In which more than 50 such tokens were found whose date for sale of paddy was fixed, but not a single grain of paddy was found with them. Confirming this action, the SDM has said that detailed information regarding the canceled tokens will soon be sent to the district administration on Monday.

Team formed for physical verification of tokens

Following the instructions of Collector Deepak Aggarwal regarding paddy being sold in more quantity than the production, Additional Collector Avinash Bhoi has formed a team for physical verification of the tokens. The team formed for physical verification of tokens included Arpita Pathak in the village of Gohrapadar, Devbhog Samiti, Dhaurakot, Rohana Guda, Tehsildar Gend Lal Sahu, Deputy Tehsildar Tarendra Thakur for Diwanmuda, Deputy Tehsildar Rupesh Markam for Ghoomarguda, Assistant for Latapara. Food Officer Ravi Shankar Komara, Tehsildar R Kevart for Amlipadar Mudhagel Mall Committee, Food Inspector Aarti Yadav for Jhargaon and Tetalkhuti Committee areas have been given the responsibility.

Take action against those involved also

Collector Deepak Aggarwal has given instructions to do physical verification of incoming paddy in paddy procurement centers within two days. He has given instructions to take strict action against those found involved in illegal buying and selling of goods from the border areas. Today, the Collector took a review meeting of all SDM-Tehsildars including Food Department, Cooperative Institutions and Marketing Department through video conferencing. He gave instructions to all SDMs to strictly ban the storage and transportation of illegal paddy. Along with this, he was asked not to be negligent in purchasing paddy. The Collector also instructed the farmers selling paddy to ensure that there is no problem of any kind in the procurement centres.

The Collector gave instructions to physically verify the records of arrival, offtake and possible purchase of paddy in all the centers to ensure that there is no illegal purchase of paddy in the procurement centres. Besides, instructions have also been given to submit the investigation report. He instructed all SDMs and Tehsildars to do mandatory physical verification of two procurement centers each within two days.
