Free ‘e-card’ of all eligible sufferers coming to OPD and IPD in all registered authorities well being facilities and all non-public hospitals registered below the scheme as per the eligibility of the scheme below Ayushman Bharat-Pradhan Mantri Arogya Yojana and Dr. Khubchand Baghel Health Assistance Scheme. ‘Will be made. CMHO Dr. TR Kuwar has urged the beneficiaries to convey ration card and Aadhaar card together with them on the hospital and get the e-card free below the scheme.
