The Collector said that this act of Principal Pathak Kamla Ram Bhagat is completely contrary to Rule 3 and Rule 23 of Chhattisgarh Civil Service (Conduct) Rules 1965, which falls in the category of misconduct. As a result, Principal Reader Kamla Ram Bhagat is suspended with immediate effect under Rule 9 of the Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1966.
